Montville — With only two years separating the brothers in age, Aiden and Atlas Hubbard of Montville often spend time doing things together and, on Saturday, April 26, the siblings enjoyed a successful turkey hunt — together with their dad.

Atlas, 12, and Aiden, 10, shot turkeys one-half hour apart while with their father, Roland. The brothers, whose mother is Nicole, were hunting in Montville on youth day. It was Aiden's first hunt.

Atlas' turkey weighed 19.4 pounds and Aiden's bird weighed 16.8 pounds.

Atlas attends Mount View Middle School, while Aiden attends Mount View one day a week and is homeschooled the remaining time.

The birds were registered at the Freedom General Store by owner Paul Flynn.
