Kelly Girls bring sing-along to Belfast

The Kelly Girls also will perform Saturday and offer a singing circle Sunday, July 21 and 22, during the Maine Celtic Celebration.

Belfast — The lively and talented Kelly Girls will bring their Senior Sing-a-Long show to the Crosby Center, 96 Church St., Friday, July 20, at 2 p.m.

The show is open to young and old. The Kelly Girls will entertain with a mix of traditional and contemporary Celtic songs and tunes rooted in Irish, Scottish, American and Canadian musical traditions, accompanied by fiddle, banjo, bodhran, tin-whistle, flute, ukulele, harmonica, accordion, bouzouki, guitar and mandolin. The Kelly Girls invite and delight in audience participation and will be sure to have everyone singing, clapping and tapping along.

The performance will be followed by time for socializing and light snacks. The Crosby Center is fully accessible to folks using wheelchairs and walkers. Admission is by donation, suggested at $5. For more information, call 323-4246.
