Hello Everyone,

So good finally to be at home. Healing every day, slow and steady does it. Thanks DW and Betty Jo for the pretty flowers. And to Lisa for the candy Easter eggs. Most appreciated.

Visitors

Got a visit with Gabe and Reese. A pleasant surprise. They drove up from Milbridge to check on me. Love all these kids.

Farmers to Families boxes

More food boxes coming to MVHS on Friday, April 9, 9 a.m.-noon only. Get on up there for a box.

Fire loss

I was sorry to hear that Stephen Fowler's home burnt flat, total loss on March 27 in East Thorndike. An auction is being planned, a dinner and raffle in near future by Lori Grant Nason and her friends. Now anyone can donate to the building fund at Bangor Savings Bank to help Steve.

Autism Awareness

Today is actually Autism Awareness Day. Wear your blue.

Birthday

Happy birthday to Charlie Picard in Michigan!! He lives there with his daughter Patti and family.

A big raffle

Mike Braley posted on Facebook about the Kora Shriners raffle he is working on. He is a member. There is 20 big raffle prizes, tickets $1 each or six for $5.

Check it out. April 10-18 online, or in person in Lewiston at the show. There will be exhibits, displays and entertainment.

6 months old now

Little Miss Reagan Bingham turned 6 months old already. She still needs our prayers as she undergoes her chemo for the brain tumor she had.

Get well, little one!! Great Gram is praying for you.

Sympathy

I forgot to mention this lady a while back on here. Patricia Miller, 78, of Bingham passed away on Feb. 22. She grew up with her close cousins, Ron, Gary, Mona and Reggie. She was born in Montville, youngest child of Irene Joyce (Clark) and Roland C. Abbott. She is missed. I remember her from my childhood. Mona and I still keep in contact.

Reminder

ur Knox town meeting will be on Saturday, April 10, 10 a.m. at Mount View High School. Maybe we can get some work done on our roads. Still waiting for the second year in a row for our culverts to be replaced.

Greenthumb Greenhouse, Unity

They are offering bulk deliveries to Belfast and surrounding areas for their hanging potted plants. He has close to 500 pots, as his main buyer has decided not to open this year. This was a surprise as no advance notice to him. These plants need homes. His garden center on Main Street in Unity will reopen on May 15. He can be reached at 437-2424. Maybe you know someone wanting a bulk order. You won't be disappointed, as I buy my beautiful plants from him. Thanks!!

Hello guys

No phone call from Lin, must be busy. Doing OK here.

Until next time. It is only 35 degrees as I type this. I want warm weather. Now no snow, so that makes me happy. Sorry snowmobilers, as it was awful for you, traveling just to ride.

Stay safe all, and be warm. Happy Easter Sunday April 4. Be kind.
