Hello All,

Another week has passed by. Was sunny some, then windy and cold, and then some snow flurries to top it off. It is Maine where the weather can change quickly, as we are finding out.

The grass is sure coming along, and flowers are blooming. My daffodils survived the snow piled on top of them. They are such a pretty yellow color. Was happy they made it. Still waiting on my dandelions.

Cleanup Day

Our Town of Knox Cleanup Day is on Saturday, May 1, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. For info on what you can dispose of, call the Town Office if you need the info at 568-3907. Thankfully we have this day to clean up.

Birthdays

Happy birthday to my two sons, Kevin and Wayne, on May 1. May you both have a nice day. We all love you both. Happy belated to Kitty Doughty on April 20. Happy birthday to Linda Rolerson on April 30!! Birthday wishes to anyone else as well.

Road bond

Was very happy to hear the vote for the road bond passed for our town. Our road and others needs work.

Pleasant Hill Cemetery Association

Bob Price has signed a contract for mowing this year with Tim Parker for the cemetery in Freedom. The board agreed with this.

Visitors

Gabe and Reese visited. Jacie and Sara also visited. Always nice to see them all.

Until next time, Not much for news as everyone is busy with spring chores. Keep warm and be safe always.
