Hello All,

Another nice week. It was humid but we survived, and nice the other days. Seems good to be a lot less humid now. Have been enjoying the fresh veggies. Always nice to eat my weight in fresh cucumbers. Oh boy! The farm stands are open. I have been going to Healds' Farm, has lots to offer. The corn will be ready by Aug. 10. Cannot wait. Hope you all enjoy some, too.

This was a Legion, Auxiliary and Sons project, as well as two outside donors. They are valued at $24,000. They will be put to good use there.

Cukes

Oh I just love cucumbers and I think I have truly ate my weight in them, and bloated up like a toad. Yummy! Made some pickles, too.
