Loyal Biscuit Co. Covid-19 Update

By Loyal Biscuit Co. | Mar 18, 2020

We are here for you!

Pets need food too! Our current plan is to remain open for all of your pets needs during this time.

We have options in how you can shop with us.

Many communities are taking steps to close businesses where people gather. As we are not a gathering place, for now, doors are open from 10 - 6 Monday through Friday and 10-5 Saturday and Sunday. We are strictly following our enhanced cleaning protocol and we do ask if you visit us in store, please limit your time with us and practice social distancing. Our credit card terminals are now signature free (touch free for credit cards!).

You can call us! Call ahead with your order, pay over the phone and you can either hop in and grab it or we can deliver to your car when you call to let us know you are here.

Starting soon (fingers cross for 3/18 or 3/19) you will also have the option to buy online, pick up in store/curbside - we have been working hard these last three days to finally get this live (COVID-19 has given us the push we needed into the tech world on this one!)

If you are self-quarantined and need food, call us! We will deliver - it might take us a day or two (Maine is huge, you know), but we will deliver within a 10 mile radius of any of our stores if you can't get out.

Our stock levels are good - all six of our locations have received big deliveries these past two days, with more coming later this week. We have no reason to believe our deliveries will not continue - our distributor has plenty of stock.

We know keeping your pets fed and entertained during this time is important. We will do everything within our power to make sure you are taken care of.

Please let us know how we can help you, stay safe, and as always, wash your hands. We are here for you! :)
