Weather Brief Jun 19, 2019

Midcoast Forecast - June 19, 2019 PM

Wednesday started off gloomy with clouds and fog locked into place across the Midcoast. We saw the fog slowly erode through the morning giving way to partly to mostly sunny conditions for most with fog hanging on the immediate coastline. This lead to a range in temperatures with highs in the mid 60s at the ocean to mid to upper 70s inland. Clouds and fog will build back in overnight and into Thursday with showers moving into the Midcoast late in the day as low pressure tracks in from the west. This will bring widespread soaking rains for Thursday night and into Friday before clearing out late Friday. Rainfall totals will range between 1" to 2" for most with locally higher amounts. With clouds and showers in place, highs will likely hold in the 60s to low 70s on Friday. The weekend is looking good so far with partly to mostly sunny skies and highs in the 70s to low 80s. We'll see a mix of sun and clouds for the early week with periods of showers possible.
