Midcoast works in ‘Winter is Coming’

Ellsworth — Courthouse Gallery, 6 Court St., presents “Winter is Coming,” a group show that celebrates the change of season as Maine transitions from summer into fall and winter, during December. There will be an open house Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Participating artists include Berenice Abbott, Susan Amons, Janice Anthony, Philip Barter, Jeffery Becton, Judy Belasco, Ragna Bruno, Philip Frey, June Grey, Henry Isaacs, William Irvine, Jessica Lee Ives, Philip Koch, Judith Leighton, William Moise, Emily Muir, Ed Nadeau, Carl Nelson, John Neville, Linda Packard, Colin Page, Alison Rector, Robert Shillady, Lilian Day Thorpe and David Vickery.
