Continuing Nina June's Middle East Thursdays, on February 22nd, we’ll celebrate the wonderfully varied cuisine of Jerusalem, a melting pot of traditional Palestinian Arab dishes, plus all the foods of the Jewish diaspora--from the shetls of eastern Europe to Yemen, Moroccco and Ethiopia. Come taste the hot, sour, spicy, sweet flavors of this true multi-cultural melting pot. We'll be serving Palestinian meatball & herb soup, the ubiquitous felafel & hummus, as well as flaky burekas pastries stuffed with greens, lamb shawarma, Sephardic braised veal shanks, and much, much more.
