Pope Memorial Humane Society Art Wall Features Gil Coyle

By Tracy Sala | Jul 06, 2017

We are pleased to announce that the second exhibition of art work is now being displayed in the lobby of the PMHS. The current show featuring the brilliant and whimsical work of artist Gil Coyle will be on display until the middle of August.

Gil has teaching and arts degrees from Denver University and has attended classes at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, New York University and the Arts Student League of New York. She has received numerous awards and her work is included in the permanent collection of the Farnsworth Art Museum as well as in many private and corporate collections in the United States and abroad.

We encourage all visitors to the Pope Memorial Humane Society to enjoy the current exhibition and future shows in the Art Wall space in the lobby. A portion of the proceeds from any art sold will go back towards supporting the shelter. If you are interested in possibly having a showing of your work please leave your name and contact information with a staff member and a representative of PMHS will be in touch with you.
