There is a vast difference between a pastor stepping into the ministry role of a shepherd that displaces the Holy Spirit, as oppose to stepping into the flow of the Holy Spirit as a shepherd.

The same holds true for the ministry of the teacher, evangelist, prophet, apostolic and intercession /watchmen ministries.

While the former is ministering from a title or Church position, the latter is ministering in the anointing as a servant. We thus praise God,

”For our sufficiency is of God: Who also has made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the Spirit: for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life (2 Corinthians 3:5-6).

WORD OF WISDOM - while the above may "spark" something that is true, our response as agents of change, is TO take a position of intercession with the heart of the Father, making declarations and decrees such as Ephesians 1: 17-19. BE SURE NOT TO TOUCH THE LORD'S ANOINTED.
