From Lois Gianni of the Prospect Community Club comes the following:

"Did you know, Prospect has two “Mini Library” boxes? One, at the Marsh School Museum, was originally installed by Emma Gaecklein of Searsport as part of a Girl Scout community service project. The second is located on the Fire Station building near the Town Office entrance. Both are maintained and serviced by the Prospect Community Club.

"Both boxes have recently been sanitized, refreshed, and stocked with new volumes. There is an assortment of fiction, non-fiction, mystery and romance, and even a few children’s books. Check them out at your convenience. You are encouraged to 'take one — leave one,' but it is not necessary to leave a replacement volume unless you want to. Just enjoy the pleasure of a nice read!"

Boxes are available 24/7 for your convenience! Check them out!
