— Belfast City Councilor Mike Hurley, during a discussion at the Dec. 20 Council meeting regarding the segment of the proposed Belfast Harbor Walk dubbed "Restaurant Alley" (the former rail corridor between Main Street and Thompson's Wharf, which passes through a cluster of restaurants and bars). Hurley was among several councilors who saw promise in Restaurant Alley, noting that the walkway could dramatically change how that area is used.
