So now here we are just a few weeks from fall. Sure has felt that way already, especially nights. We took a family day yesterday for a trip to Newport for a little shopping and fishing on our way out, then on to Swan Lake State Park for a picnic dinner and walk along the beach. Trying to enjoy what is left of the end of summer. We have 2 granddaughters living with us who will be attending school here this year so we plan to be pretty busy.
