Second Congregational Church Cancellations

After much discussion and prayer and given how quickly the coronavirus pandemic is evolving in our communities, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Sunday services beginning March 21st.

We will be suspending all services, monthly meetings, and other activities at the Second Congregational Church in Warren until further notice.  This includes the Children's Clothing Exchange outreach mission located in the Old Brick School Community Center located behind the Warren Baptist Church, and the Annual Spring Fling scheduled for April 18th. This unprecedented decision affects us all and we will continue to pray for guidance and grace during this difficult time.

The decision was made by the church council chair, deacons, and trustees in response to the CDC and local government's best recommendations for everyone's protection and well being. We will update you as soon as possible when activities will resume.

Recenlty Shaw's supermarket in Rockland posted that every Tuesday and Thursday they will be allowing the elderly citizens to safety shop from 7 to 9 am.

Please continue to look out for each other, check on each other by phone. If anyone is in need do not hesitate to ask for assistance.  Please contact the church office at 273-2338 Wednesdays and Thrusdays from 8 to 12 with specific questions. Other times please leave a recorded message. Or continue to follow us on Facebook for updates.
