Dec. 26

Freeport and Chemical Transporter, an articulated tug and barge, arrived in Searsport from Savannah, Ga., and delivered caustic soda. It departed Dec. 27 for New London, Conn.

Dec. 28

Denali, a Kirby Corp. tug with fuel barge, arrived in Searsport from Portsmouth, N.H., and delivered kerosene. It departed Dec. 29 for New York.

Dec. 30

Noreaster, a 604-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Saint John, New Brunswick, and delivered No. 2 heating oil, gasoline and ultra-low-sulfur diesel. It returned to Saint John Dec. 31.

Jan. 6

Iver Prosperity, a 604-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Bucksport from Boston and delivered No. 2 heating oil. The tanker had been expected Jan. 4, but dropped anchor near Monhegan to ride out a major snowstorm. It departed from Bucksport Jan. 7 for Saint John, New Brunswick.

Expected arrivals:

Feb. 1 - Industrial Swift, general cargo ship, to Searsport from Sattahip, Thailand, delivering steel for Cianbro Corp. As of Jan. 8, the ship was off the east coast of Madagascar, traveling toward the southern tip of Africa.

Date not available - Bulk Titan, bulk carrier, to Searsport from Puerto José, Venezuela, delivering petroleum coke.
