St. Peter’s Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner November 26th

St. Peter’s will continue its Thanksgiving in a slightly different style due to Covid-19. Instead of the usual sit-down dinner in the church’s parish hall, the meal will be exclusively take-out.

But the free turkey dinner will still have all the traditional dishes: roast turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, squash, cranberry sauce, and lots of pies. Gluten free and vegan items will also be available.

The take-out dinner is on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Meals can be picked up at the parking lot entrance to the parish hall. Masks and social distancing required. If you are not feeling well or have been around someone who is not well, please stay at home.

The church is located at 11 White Street in Rockland. There is no charge for the dinner. St. Peter’s Episcopal Church welcomes anyone to pick up a holiday meal.

If you are considering helping or want to provide food, please contact coordinator Lucia Elder at 207-446-2502.
