Storm prompts cancellations, closures, late starts

Heavy snowfall predicted for Tuesday, March 13, is leading to postponements, closures and cancellations. This list will be updated as information is received. To submit a cancellation, email

The International Folkdance Party at the Common House of Belfast Cohousing & Ecovillage has been postponed to Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m.

Empty Bowls 2018 in Unity has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 15, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Unity Food Hub.

The RSU 20 Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. at the RSU 20 Central Office.

Belfast Free Library will be closed Tuesday, March 13. The book talk with Sherri Mitchell has been rescheduled to Wednesday March 14, at 6:30 p.m.

State offices will close at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Lincolnville Town Office is closed.

Belfast's Transfer Station is closed Tuesday.

Lincolnville Town Office will open to the public at noon Wednesday, March 14.
