Talk by Holocaust 'Hidden Child'

Palermo Community Library, 2789 Route 3, Palermo. Charles Rotmil, who survived the Holocaust as a hidden child, speaks at the Palermo Community Library. He and his brother Bernard were the only survivors of their family.

Rotmil is a speaker for the Holocaust and Rights Center of Maine, located on the campus of the University of Maine at Augusta, and has spoken to thousands of Maine students and teachers. He will share his remembrances of abandonment, fear and hiding.

Rotmil, who lives in Portland, is frequently interviewed by TV and the press for his opinions on world events.

The event is free and open to the public.
