The Push for Universal Health Care is on! Join the Party on May 12 at the Boathouse for Maine AllCare

The Belfast Bay Fiddlers have signed on to play their music from 6-7 pm at Maine AllCare’s Waldo County Chapter’s spring launch party on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Belfast Boathouse. This event is free and the public is warmly invited for the first part of the evening to enjoy the music, appetizers, desserts, and other treats donated by area businesses, individuals, and organizations. A “Health Care Jeopardy,” game will begin at 7 pm, testing the wits of chosen contestants; audience cheers welcome. Prizes will be awarded to winners. A movie on health care will begin at 8 pm.

Money donated before and during this event will be sent to Maine AllCare’s organization for the purpose of educating the public on the advantages of universal health care and answering questions on implementation.
