Waldo Count Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Dec. 2 and Dec. 8.

Waldo County Superior Court

Craig R. Carlson, 30, of Rochester N.H., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, York County Jail nine months, probation partially revoked.

Amber Ayer, 17, of Brooks, possession of tobacco products by minor, $100 fine.

Ira H. Bailey, 33, of Northport, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registry Act, first offense, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until Jan. 9.

Deanna M. Carfagno, 25, of Sangerville, assault, dismissed.

Sean Cookson, 31, of Searsport, theft by deception, dismissed.

Christopher W. Cunningham, 29, of Frankfort, domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Tyler A. Curry, 26, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, sentenced in Knox County Unified Court.

Dylan Fitch, 17, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, unconditional discharge; failing to make oral or written accident report, unconditional discharge.

Jeffry H. Hanson, 49, of Appleton, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Thomas M. Kunn, 20, of Hope, hunting migratory waterfowl without a permit, $100 fine.

John Lacombe, 46, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination); driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

James McAllian, 40, of Belfast, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Jacob S. Merithew, 24, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $800 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Christopher W. Miller, 30, of Prospect, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail, seven days, license suspended three years, registration suspended; disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, dismissed; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Ryan Z. Miller, 17, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

Christopher Roger Pariseau, 45, of Brooks, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Ricky H. Olson, 47, of Poland, fishing or possession of fish taken during closed season, $100 fine.

Robert Rankin, 26, of Lincolnville, forgery, dismissed.

Robert Rosebush, 47, of Winterport, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Scott Donat Saucier, 49, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; falsifying physical evidence, dismissed; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounces, dismissed.

Alan A. Smith, 59, of Waldoboro, fishing or possession of fish taken during closed season, $100 fine.

Danny Soucy, 27, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail, seven days, stayed until Jan. 1, license suspended 150 days; operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail, seven days, stayed until Jan 1, license suspended, 150 days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail, seven days, stayed until Jan. 1.

Nehemias Umana, 32, of Bangor, domestic violence assault, with priors for domestic violence, Waldo County Jail 60 days, stayed until Jan. 2; obstructing report of crime, Waldo County Jail, seven days, stayed until Jan. 2; violating condition of release, Waldo county Jail, seven days, stayed until Jan. 2.

Robert Vellaro, 39, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Kyle Wasiela, 27, of Thorndike, hunting birds with shotgun, more than three shells, $100 fine.

Melinda J. Way, 38, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Department of Corrections, three years, all but six months suspended, 2 years probation, $3,504.11 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Kyle J. Weeks, 27, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections, 42 months, all but 6 months suspended, stayed until Dec. 27, probation three years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Waldo County Jail, six months, stayed until Dec. 27.
