Waldo County closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Oct. 25 and Oct. 31:

Peter A. Fuller, 26, of Belfast, 54 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Laurie L. Allen, 59, of Belfast, harassment, Nov. 1, 2017, dismissed; harassment, Oct. 17, 2019, dismissed.

Cassandra G. Lucas, 28, of Montville, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, $200 fine.

Trey Taylor, 21, of Hampden, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Anna C. Elander, 67, of Unity, cruelty to animals, $500 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended, one year's probation, stayed until Jan. 1, 2020.

Paul A. Jasienowski, 64, of Northport, gross sexual assault, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact, four months in jail, stayed until Nov. 1; unlawful sexual touching, four months in jail, stayed until Nov. 1; gross sexual assault, dismissed; gross sexual assault, four years in prison, all but four months suspended, stayed until Nov. 1, 2019.

Benjamin Ard, 34, of Montville, domestic violence with priors dv, not guilty; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, not guilty; domestic violence terrorizing with priors dv, not guilty.

Branden H. Ricker, operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine, six months in jail; failing to stop for an officer, 48 hours in jail; failure to register vehicle, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

Dalton N. Hines, 28, of Belfast, assault, $750 fine.

Keith A. Loignon, 37, of Dayton, assault on an officer, dismissed; OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, five days in jail, license suspended 150 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, five days in jail; operating vehicle with license/restricted, dismissed.

Kimberlea L. Bradbury, 28, of Augusta, failing to make oral or written accident report, $150 fine.

Toran Bragdon, 38, of Jackson, criminal mischief, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

Victoria L. Maxim, 63, of Blue Hill, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine.

Tristan Pennington, 21, of Bradford, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine.

Donald Garriepy, 28, of Southbridge Mass., operating vehicle without a license, dismissed.

Kandi Flemminbg, 31, of Howland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year's probation.

Imma Thomas, 20, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

Branden Ricker, 41, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked.
