The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Nov. 8 and Nov. 11:

Devon A. Palmer, 23, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Joseph A. Littlefield, 22, of Belfast, burglary, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel K. Williams, 32, of Morrill, driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Cheyenne J. Larrabee, 26, of Brooks, unlawful furnishing scheduled drugs, fine $400, two years in jai,l all suspended, two years' probation.

Dale King, 49, of Belfast, noegotiating a worthless instrument, 60 days in jail, all suspended, admin release one year, restitution $2,000.

Sean M. Cash, 55, of Brooks, OUI, dismissed; reckless conduct, $500 fine.

Christine Ogden, 53, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, five days in jail.

Jonathan C. Lewis, 37, of Bon Aqua, Tenn., OUI, $1,000 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Emily E. Augustine, 29, of Lincolnville, OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Dec. 3, license suspended 150 days.

Sarah E. Sawyer, 29, of Lincolnville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ MPH over speed limit, dismissed. Violating condition of release, dismissed.

Benjamin Knowlton, 55, of Northport, OUI dismissed, Driving to endanger, dismissed.

Eric Parker, 33, of Frankfort, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

Angelina Rock, 43, of Belfast, OUI, $500 fine.

Branden Spencer, 20, of Burnham, OUI, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-cond/restricted, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Abbie Hills, 49, of Montville, theft by deception, dismissed.

Caleb M. Woodward, 26, of Knox; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

Lincoln C. Tibbetts, 27, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Dakota Thomas Sanford, 26, of Belfast, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; theft by receiving stolen property, priors, dismissed; attaching false plates, $250 fine.

Justin W. Soper, 39, of Orland, violating protection from abuse order July 26, $250 fine; violating protection from abuse order Aug. 23, $250 fine.

Kelsey A. Matteucci, 27, of Colchester, Conn., trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; OUI, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, stayed until Feb. 14, 2020, license suspended 150 days.

Fern Marlborough, 42, of Woonsocket, R.I., criminal trespass, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, three days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

Caleb Eastman Dodge Peacock, 40, of Lincolnville, OUI, $500 fine; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Joseph Burdette, 38, of Hope, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Nov 30.
