Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Jan 3 and Jan 9:

Melissa A. Brown, 31 of Belfast, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine.

Edmund L. Melanson, 77, of Montville, solicitation of a child, 111 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Taylor Andrews, 29, of Gardner, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, suspended, nine months in jail.

Christopher K. Patten, 49, of Monroe, burglary, two years in prison with all but 120 days suspended, two years' probation;. theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail.

Jason Huff, 44, of Unity, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed.

Hunter K. Thompson, 21, of Morrill, assault on an emergency care provider, dismissed;  minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Alan G. Clark, 52, of Belfast, operating while license suspended of revoked, prior, dismissed.

Scott Swift, 33, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

Grace C. Jameson, 24, of Appleton, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until Feb. 28; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Feb. 28.
