Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Jan. 31 and Feb. 13:

Elizabeth Carver, 52, of Northport, OUI (alcohol), 1\one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, stayed until May 25, license suspended for three years.

Mark Frost, 40, of Prospect, assault, dismissed.

Matthew P. Walker, 32, of Brooks, assault on an officer, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years' probation; domestic violence assault, nine months in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening, nine months in jail.

Lane J. Randall, 25, of Beals, assault, $300 fine, 120 days in jail, stayed until Feb. 18.

Tiffany L. Whitney, 30, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Nicholas A. Parker, 31, of Belmont, Jan. 1, 2019, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, seven days in jail, stayed until April 17, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; OUI June 22, 2019, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until April 17.

Frank R. Feener, 27, of Belmont, OUI (alcohol), dismissed.

Adam H. Brooks, 46, of Orono, OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.

Morgan Elwell, 25, of North Searsmont, harassment, dismissed.

Kenneth Michael Schneider, 63, of Searsport, domestic violence assault.

Michael Underhill, 56, of Winterport, intentionally endangering welfare of dependent person, dismissed; recklessly endangering welfare of dependent person, $2,000 fine.

Brendon Roberts, 31, of Swanville, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

John C. Stanford, 30, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Nelson Walker, 62, of Prospect, OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed.

Sarah Marie Dyer, 19, of Belfast, fishing without valid license, dismissed.

Michael L. Young, 30, of Waldo, unlawful sexual touching, dismissed.

Eiyah Jackson, 15, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license, dismissed.
