Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Feb 28 and March 5:

Elizabeth Marie Kilby, 39, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 110 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Ginger L. Hegstrom, 38, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 80 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Paul E. Badger Jr., 23, of Bangor, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Jerry Ireland, 44, of Lincoln, cruelty to animals, not guilty, cruelty to animals, not guilty, cruelty to animals, not guilty, cruelty to animals, not guilty.

James Maher, 34, of Hampden, harassment by telephone, dismissed.

Joshua L. Vandine, 39, of Thomaston, Nov. 8, 2016, burglary, eight years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in prison; Aug. 29, 2017, burglary, five years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eight years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; burglary, five years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; burglary, five years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

David Barlow, 58, of Gardiner, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail, stayed until April 15.

Joshua A. Locke, theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

Samuel Levesque, 17, of Liberty, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Laurel A. Hubbard, 56, of Montville, violating protection from abuse order, 14 days in jail.
