Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between March 6 and March 12:

Benjamin Felton, 30, of Minneapolis, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; operating a vehicle without license-Cond/Restricted, $500 fine.

Trapper W. Larrabee, 24, of Knox, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $450 fine.

Jacob Hauk, 29, of Swanville, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Jeffrey C. White, 44, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, stayed until April 30, restitution $1,316.

Brandon Clifton Christie, 31, of Middlesborough, Mass., OUI (alcohol), dismissed; reckless conduct, $250 fine.

Jessica Dawn Maddocks, 35, of Waterville, theft by deception, restitution $113.76, unconditional discharge.

Lincoln C. Tibbetts, 28, of Searsmont, assault, dismissed.

Daniel L. Jewett, 60, of Montville, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Kevin A. Durkee, 50, of Islesboro, failure to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Judson Colby, 35, of Belfast, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed; refusing to sign criminal summons, dismissed; littering, dismissed.

Scott P. Steele, 46, of Frankfort, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.

Harmony Palmer, 30, of Swanville, criminal mischief, five days in jail.

David Pray, 24, of Searsport, criminal mischief, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Amanda L. Thomas, 33, of Monroe, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed.

Linnea Mesmeric, 22, of Palermo, operating a vehicle without a license, $100 fine.

Alexander L. Berry, 20, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Robin E. Webster, 55, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Joshua Stacey, 38, of Belfast, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Kayla Garcelon, 28, of Brewer, forgery, dismissed.

Scott P. Steele, 46, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Troy Thomas Jr., 36, of Vassalboro, aggravated operating after HO revocation, priors, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine;three3 years in prison with all but 15 months suspended, stayed until March 17, two years' probation.

William Cory Whitcomb, 38, of Monroe, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $300 fine; violating condition of release, $200 fine.

Joshua A. Cunningham, 41, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Gregory Whitcomb, 53, of Morrill, burning without a permit, $100 fine.

Sunny R. Bolduc, 45, of Islesboro, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Thomas A. Emery, 25, of Bangor, gross sexual assault, 24 months in prison, probation partially revoked.
