Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between March 13 and March 19.

Marion Hustus, 35, of Waldo, Oct. 3, 2019, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, stayed until June 1, three years' probation; Oct. 7, 2019, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four months in jail, until June 1; Nov. 7, 2019, endangering the welfare of a child, four months in jail, stayed until June 1.

Frank L. Johnson II, 55, of Belfast, Nov. 7, 2019, criminal trespass, 96 hours in jail; Oct. 25, 2019, criminal trespass, 96 hours in jail.

Jacob A. Moulton, 29, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until June 1.

Desirae N. Cushman, 32, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until June 1.

Sonny R. Bolduc, 45, of Islesboro, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Edward J. LePore, 27, of West Warwick, R.I., fugitive from justice, waiver of extradition.
