Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between July 17 and July 24

David Webber, 50, of Searsport, theft by deception, seven years and six months in prison, with all but three years suspended, three years' probation, restitution $70,000.

William Wilkie, 62, of Belfast, OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Jared A. Taylor, 21, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ MPH over speed limit, dismissed.

John K. Talbot, 49, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Kote R. Aldus, 29, of Belfast, July 18, 2019, OUI (alcohol) $500 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; Feb. 2,, Domestic violence assault, dismissed,;violating condition of release, dismissed; Feb. 23, violating condition of release, dismissed; March 6, violating condition of release, dismissed; June 28, OUI (alcohol), no test, $600 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.

Kayla B. Ingraham, 32, of Knox, driving to endanger, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

Dakota Walker, 23, of Searsmont, criminal mischief, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Matthew A. Glines, 34, of Lincoln, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, restitution $50.

Joshua Michael Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

James Allen, 38, of Brooks, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 12 months in prison.

Jennifer Erin Beckwith Pierce, 37, of Anson, unlawful possession of heroin, priors, dismissed.

Kaleb E. Mosher, 22, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Felicia R. Moulton, 31, of Winterport, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $300 fine.
