Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Aug. 21 and Aug. 27:

Richard Gainer, 34, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Amy L. Hewett, 28, of Deer Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Kevin Simmons, 39, of Belfast, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Kathryn Sebastian, 41, of Northport, violating protection from abuse order, dismissed.

Christian M. Watkins, 42, of Belfast, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Matthew S. Ouellette, 27, of Fort Kent, OUI (alcohol), dismissed.

Neil L. Greenleaf, 36, of Belfast, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Abbie M. Hills, 50, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.

Nathaniel Spearing, 46, of Winterport, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Darren J. Labbe, 55, of Brooks, unlawful sexual contact, sentence to be determined.

Jacqueline L. Reed, 29, of Morrill, negotiating a worthless instrument, 120 days in jail, restitution $376.90.

Karen I. Lewis, 53, of Brooksville, Jan. 10, 2019, negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine; Nov. 29, 2019, negotiating a worthless instrument, 120 days in jail, restitution $652.03.

Neil J. Warren, 32, of Corinna, Jan. 30, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 45 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 25; March 13, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, suspended, 45 days in jail, stayed Sept. 25; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Sept. 25.

Ashleigh M. Gibbs, 30, of Brooks, Dec. 11, 2019, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation; Feb. 2, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.

Joshua Moody, 34, of Waldo, fishing or possessing fish taken during closed season, dismissed.

Christopher Stalcup, 49, of Thomaston, OUI (alcohol), $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Henry N. Hartley Jr., 45, of Jackson, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Charles W. Resh, 42, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $650 fine.

Stanley M. Robinson, 74, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.

David E. Churchill, 36, of Aurora, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Michael Fuller, 37, of Waterville, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; violating condition of release, $300 fine.

Barry Bryant, 46, of Belfast, OUI (alcohol), no test, prior, $900 fine, 20 days in jail, stayed until Aug. 21, license suspended three years, registration suspended; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 20 days in jail, stayed until Aug. 21.

Ryan Fuller, 28, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Aug. 21.

Rodney Lesan Jr., 29, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Laurie A. Harvey, 34, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four months in jail, all suspended, probation one year; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Charles I Haskins, 25, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $350 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine, suspended.

James D. Brown, 32, of Monroe, failing to make oral or written accident report, $150 fine.

Benjamin Gaudette, 29, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Kacey V. Wellman, 19, of Winterport, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $400 fine.

Philip C. Wick, 49, of Northport, burning without permit, $250 fine.

Justin M. Clark, 29, of Montville, violating condition of release, sentence to be determined.

Anthony L. Gathright, 18, of Winterport, transportation of drugs by minor, $200 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Luke H. Mentas, 18, of Stockton Springs, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
