Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Sept. 25 and Oct. 1:

Swan N. Sinclair, 32, of Northport, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Jennifer A. Oakes, 45, of Waldo, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Michael M. Konstantellis, 25, of Madison, domestic violence stalking, dismissed; harassment by telephone, dismissed; harassment, 48 hours in jail.

Gary L. Elwell, 73, of Brooks, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

David M. Emerson, 43, of Rockport, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until Jan. 2, 2021.

Jeanne M. Leboueuf, 56, of Benton, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Todd Morales, 48, of Warren, criminal mischief, $20 victim fine, five days in jail.

Aaron Leroy Gibbs, 44, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine, restitution $95.98.

Coleman Dodd, 24, of Appleton, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Kayla H. Claxton, 22, of Dixmont, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended, $150 fine, all suspended.

James K. Colcord, 52, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed; reckless conduct, dismissed; criminal trespass, $200 fine.

Rodney Turner, 52, of Montville, April 17, failing to stop for officer, 40 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 40 days in jail, license suspended 30 days; motor vehicle speeding, 30+ MPH over speed limit, dismissed; Aug. 6, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

April N, Pickering, 33, of Morrill, March 11, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, unconditional discharge; Feb. 10, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, all suspended.

Brittany J. Heath, 28, of Troy, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited over to state.

Lendal R. Taylor, 47, of Unity, violating protection from abuse order, five days in jail, stayed until Oct. 30.

Adam Daggett, 38, of Lincolnville, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $200 fine.

AJ Wills, 39, of Knox, furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine.

Joshua Michael Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine, restitution $89.99.

Shawn D. Bristol, 28, of Thorndike, criminal threatening, dismissed.

Bruce K. Noyes, 19, of Searsport, failing to produce permit, $50 fine.

Thomas M. Frost, 24, of Swanville, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Victor O. Young, 64, of Searsport, burning without permit, $100 fine.

Brandon W. Knox, 33, of Belfast, violating protection from abuse order, five days in jail.

Richard R. Hall, 24, of Mount Vernon, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Edward R. Mylen Sr., 62, of Montville, failure to register vehicle, unconditional discharge.

Darrin M. Thompson, 22, of Newport, attaching false plates, $50 fine.

Robert C. Wiley, 23, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Evan C. West, 22, of Liberty, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Edward J. Mea, 53, of Albion, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed Oct. 2, license suspended 150 days.

Zacahriah Bormet, 21, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

Kevin W. Leighton, 58, of Burnham, attaching false plates, $50 fine.

Joseph E. Carter, 39, of China, operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

Patrick Mitchell, 32, of Brooklyn, N.Y., fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Kane T. Ackley, 35, of Swanville, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Brittany J. Heath, 28, of Dixmont, use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Chelsea M. Baker, transportation of drugs by a minor, dismissed.

Joshua W. Brown, 20, of Unity, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Stanton L. Harding Jr., 45, of Searsmont, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

Andrew Richard Holmes, 28, of Palermo, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

David Oxton, 50, of Knox, allowing a dog to be at large, $50 fine.
