Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Oct. 2 and Oct. 8:

David Anthony Milo Bowring, 30, of Clinton, May 27, aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; domestic violence assault, three years in prison, all but four months suspended, stayed until Nov. 6, two years' probation; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; May 24, domestic violence assault, four months in jail, stayed Nov. 6.

Isaac D. Mills, 18, of Liberty, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ MPH over the speed limit, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditional/restricted, dismissed.

Anthony R. Scott, 38, of Waldoboro, operating after habitual offender revocation three priors, dismissed.

Jade Thomas, 23, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Andrew B. Armstrong, 35, of Montville, April 19, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; April 15, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Alic Flagg, 18, of Searsport, April 4, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, all suspended; operating vehicle without license-conditional/restricted, dismissed; Sept. 24, domestic violence terrorizing, seven days in jail; Aug. 29, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, all suspended; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine, all suspended.

Lucas Trask, 19, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine; illegal possession of firearm, sentence pending.

Jamie D. Moore, 27, of Verona, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail.

Wayne D. Sinclair, 73, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Joseph Levesque of Van Buren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates, dismissed.

Bo Denny Brassbridge, 26, of Monroe, OUI (drugs or combo)-no test, dismissed.
