The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Nov. 6 and Nov. 12:

Stephanie C. Coutu, 26, of Waterville, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Wendell J. Ramsdell Jr., 65, of Canaan, driving to endanger $575 fine.

Makenzie A. Tozier, 23, of Northport, driving to endanger, $575 fine.

Thomas Tracey, 53, of Belfast, OUI (drugs or combo) - injury or death, priors, dismissed.

Michael J. Cheney, 60, of Belfast, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine.

Carlton Munro, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, Sept. 9, 2019, burglary, three years in prison all but four months suspended, two years' probation, restitution, $396.26; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; Dec. 10, 2019, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; Jan. 5, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail, restitution $286.26; Jan. 27, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Ethan West, 19, of Liberty, OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed, driving to endanger, sentence pending.

Kandi Flemming, 32, of Winterport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 178 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 28, probation revoked.

Harold E. Leathers III, 22, of Belfast, sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed.

Damien M. Ward, 32, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Gage J. Gagnon, 22, of Belfast, March 30, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine; violating condition of release, sentence pending; Oct. 8, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine.

Brian E. Rollerson, 19, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ MPH over speed limit, dismissed.

Victoria Jordan, 34, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Stephanie Celena Coutu, 26, of Orono, failing to report, sentence pending.

Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, burglary, sentence pending; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, sentence pending.

Renee S. Miranda, 54, of Bucksport, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Thomas A. Thomas, 45, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Kyle John Anderson, 27, of Unity, burning without permit, $50 fine.

Jill M. Artkop, 44, of Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

Katherine Marie Louise Manchester, 33, of Islesboro, operating vehicle without a license, $100 fine.

Richard D. Palmer. 28, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Evan Pease, 27, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

David J. Riley Jr., 37, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Gary Robbins, 32, of Stockton Springs, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jason L. Perkins, 53, of Belfast, burning prohibited material, $100 fine.

Kane M. Skillings, 28, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ MPH over speed limit, $500 fine.

Jennifer Steingass, 38, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without license, dismissed.

Tayler Turner, 28, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Anthony S. Destefano, 46, of Fayette, operating a vehicle without license, $100 fine.

Ashley M. Heeter, 33, of Belfast, permiting unlawful use, $100 fine., violating condition of release, $100 fine, suspended $100.

Spencer Nickerson, 19, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Stacy Hughes, 46, of Northport, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Stephanie C. Coutu, 26, of Fairfield, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Christopher Ray, 39, of Lincolnville, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Desiree Keyser, 20, of Belgrade, minor consuming alcohol, $200 fine.

Cody Noyes, 19, of Stockton Springs, marijuana: under 21 years of age, $350 fine, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Roger L. Perkins, 71, of Belfast, failure to appear after bailed, dismissed.
