Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Jan. 29 and Feb. 4:

Greg Rossner, 68, of Northport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Latisha Cook, 25, of Hampden, Feb. 28, 2018, harassment, $100 fine; Dec. 12, 2020, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Aaron M. Upton, 36, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

John W. Keithan Jr., 45, of Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed until Dec. 23, 2019, probation one year, restitution $7,025.

Nicholas A. Parker, 32, of Belmont, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until April 1.

Imma Thomas, 21, of Belfast, July 18, 2019, aggravated criminal trespass, 364 days in prison, all suspended, probation two years; criminal threatening, unconditional discharge; Jan. 20, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation two years; criminal mischief, $200 fine; violating condition of release, $200 fine, all suspended.

Dakota S. Raven, 25, of Belmont, Oct. 15, 2019, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked; Sept. 29, 2020, escape, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

Scotty Edwin Clark, 37, of Belmont, fishing or possessing fish taken during closed season, dismissed.

Robert Richards, 54, of Troy, March 16, 2020, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine; June 6, 2020, violating protection from abuse order, dismissed.

Christian Hansen, 51, of Liberty, harassment by telephone, dismissed.

Robert Holloway, 62, of Rockland, violating protection from abuse order, dismissed.

Derek Keller, 30, of Freedom, Aug. 6, 2020, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; Aug. 18, 2020, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, probation three years; July 26, 2020, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; Oct. 19, 2020, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, all suspended, nine months in jail, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Pennie Gamage, 37, of Owls Head, forgery, one day in jail, restitution $320; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Jessica Alexander, 44, of Waldoboro, criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief, dismissed; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Ronald L. Provencher, 74, of Bucksport, OUI (alcohol), dismissed.

Corey Palmer, 40, of Unity, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-cond/restricted, dismissed; criminal mischief, $100 fine, all suspended, restitution $700.

Scott Brinckerhoff, 57, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
