Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Feb. 5 and Feb. 11:

Edward R. Mylen, 41, of Brewer, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, sentence pending.

Brian A. Collins, 33, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

William M. McLaughlin, 36, of Verona, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release, $500 fine.

Niccole Hall, 38, of Belfast, theft by deception, $200 fine, restitution $120.

John A. Watson, 20, of East Machias, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Joan M. Maddocks, 63, of Northport, protective order from harassment violation, $200 fine.

Thomas Gilliland, 58, of Thomaston, OUI (alcohol)-no test, two priors, $2,100 fine, three years, six months in prison, all but four months suspended, stayed until March 1, probation two years, license suspended six years; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

Ryan Steven Henry, 25, of Detroit, reckless conduct, one year in prison, all but 15 days suspended, stayed Feb. 28, probation one year.

Eric A. Leppanen, 50, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Kyle C. Doughty, 24, of Brooks, burglary of a motor vehicle, 90 days in jail, all suspended, Admin release sentence one year, restitution $194.50; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all suspended, Admin release sentence one year, restitution $194.50.

Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

William Cory Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, OUI (alcohol, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Chandler Dean Littlefield, 51, of Frankfort, illegal possession of firearm, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Silas G. Mehuren, 19, of Swanville, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
