Waldo County closed cases

Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between March 19 and March 25:

Nathan A. Gilbert, 45, of Searsmont, OUI (alcohol), $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating vehicle without license-Cond./restricted, dismissed.

Gary D. Reynolds, 36, of Newport, OUI (alcohol), $750 fine.

Bronwen Williamson, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, $500 fine.

Donald H. Resh Jr., 45, of Searsport, Oct. 29, 2019, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine, all suspended; June 4, 2020, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine, all suspended; April 8, 2020, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine, all suspended; Sept. 6, 2020, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, priors, $400 fine, all suspended, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, all suspended; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; Nov. 4, 2020, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; Feb. 20, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Nicholas J. Salvatore, 21, of Morrill, driving to endanger, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed.

Kandi M. Flemming, 32, of Winterport, Aug. 12, 2019, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, $400 restitution; March 19, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Kevin J. Vachon, 28, of Morrill, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed April 2, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, all suspended.

Dustin L. Hotham, 26, of Troy, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail, stayed until April 9.

Michael Babineau, 26, of Searsport, July 2, 2020, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; July 30, 2020, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all suspended, admin release sentence one year, restitution $515.80; Sept. 11, 2020, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; Jan. 21, violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
