Jonathan Teeney, 32, of Augusta, alleged speed 49 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Daniel J. Dourant, 57, of Montville, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registry Act (first offense).

Constance Ethier, 48, of Belfast, violating conditions of release.
