Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported two proof of insurance violations and the following recent activity:

Dec. 25

Chelsey Coburn, 26, of Lincoln, operating after suspension.

Dec. 22

Dylan Presby, 19, of China, operating under the influence, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, operating without a license.

Dec. 19

Chester D. Ruth, 29, of Lincolnville, arrested, charged with operating under the influence with one prior, failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means.

Dec. 15

Zebediah Maker, 33, of Liberty, unsecured load on a vehicle, driving to endanger, operating after suspension.

Dec. 10

Matthew Small, 32, of Unity, arrested, charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to notify operator/owner of an unattended collision, failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, driving to endanger, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated criminal mischief.

Dec. 12

Erica Nealley, 35, of Old Town, was travelling westbound on Jackson Road in Monroe. According to the Sheriff's report, a deer came across the road and Nealley could not avoid hitting the animal. Neally was not injured in the crash.
