Waldo County Sheriff's blotter

Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported one speeding violation and the following recent activity:

Sept. 14

John Watson, 19, of Bangor, driving to endanger, improper passing.

Sept. 13

Bobbi Jo Arey, 49, of Bangor, operating with an expired license.

Sept. 11

Mackenzie L. Jones, 19, of Thorndike, was traveling east on Route 139 in Monroe. According to the Sheriff's report, Jones started to go off the road to the right, then overcorrected left. The car rotated counterclockwise as it went off the road on the left and struck a utility pole. Jones told police she hydroplaned. No injuries were reported.

Sept. 10

Elizabeth Duecaster, 34, of Searsport, operating after suspension.

Sept. 9

William M. Holstein, 36, of Jacksonville, Fla., operating after suspension.

Sept. 8

Leslie A. Ryan, 21, of Belfast, operating without a license.
