Belfast — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported one insurance violation and the following recent activity:

Stephen E. Boyle Jr., 49, of Northport, arrested and summoned for violating conditions of release. Boyle violated an order to comply with house arrest.

Jan. 1

Kyle Thompson, 21, of Benton, summoned for failure to report a crash by quickest means and criminal operating under the influence.

Dec. 17

Ryan Lanphere,39, of Appleton, summoned for operating under the influence.

Dec. 11

Kandi Flemming, 32, of Winterport, summoned for violating conditions of release.

Dec. 5

John Havlin, 35, of Hampden, summoned for unlawful possession of the scheduled drug crack-cocaine.

Nov. 21

Dustyn Wood, 24, of Jackson, summoned for operating without a license, operating after suspension with priors, two counts of domestic violence criminal threatening, and violating conditions of release.
