Belfast — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported one insurance violation, one inadequate tire violation and the following recent activity:

April 18

Logan Hafford, 22, of Jackson, arrested and summoned for reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (vehicle), driving to endanger and following too closely.

April 16

Seth Knight, 32, of Frankfort, arrested and summoned for disorderly conduct and assault.

April 12

Dustin P. Cassady, 45, a transient, arrested and summoned for domestic violence assault.

April 10

Peter E. Wing, 58, of Searsport, summoned for criminal operating under the influence.

April 8

Jeremy Greatorex, 24, of Belfast, summoned for possession of firearm by a prohibited person and unlawful possession of schedule W drug (heroin).

Ronald W. Tower, 64, of Belmont, arrested and summoned for operating under the influence.

April 5

Stephen Paul Cummings Jr., 33, of Stockton Springs, summoned for violating protection order and violating conditions of release.

March 30

Ross C. Liberty, of Fairfield, arrested and summoned for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary, and two counts of violating conditions of release.

March 27

Ian Hotham, 19, of Unity, summoned for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and unlawful possession of liquor by a minor.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
