Waldo County Unfied Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Feb. 1 and Feb. 7.

Annette Ames, 60, of Searsmont, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed; violating condition of release, $600 fine.

Matthew A. Barnard Sr., 44, of Montville, unlawful sexual touching, dismissed.

Alicia M. Carr, 37, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over the speed limit, Waldo County Jail 24 hours; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections six years, all but three years suspended, stayed until April 5, three years probation.

Alvin Scott Corey, 52, of Montville, hunting without a valid license, $100 fine.

Scott M. Davis, 35, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Zachary Gordon, 26, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed.

Gregg L. Hamilton, 45, of Monroe, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections three years all but six months suspended, stayed until March 4, two years probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, dismissed; violating condition of release.

Doyle D. Harriman Sr., 66, of Winterport, illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.

James C. Hustus, 43, of Searsport, criminal trespass, $200 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Kayla B. Ingraham, 31, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections three years, all suspended, probation three years.

Dawn LaValley, 55, of Belmont, criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed; violating condition of release dismissed.

Zachary Lear, 20, of Belfast, cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission, $100 fine.

Tammy M. McCue, 47, Knox, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Kimberly Morrison, 28, of Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, Department of Corrections 18 months, all suspended, one year probation, $8,687 restitution.

Lucas P. Perrigo, 35, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, with priors for domestic violence, Waldo county Jail seven months; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 30 days.

Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 33, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Leonard C. Toms Jr., 41, of Unity, fugitive from justice, dismissed.
