The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Sept. 29 and Oct. 5.

Jason R. Bates, 22, of Lebanon, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Jeremy Bennett, 28, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

William W. Burrows, 23, of Lincolnville, burglary, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018, probation partially revoked, probation continued; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018.

Lawrence R. Caldwell, of Knox, 50, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation, Waldo County Jail six months, stayed until Nov. 1, probation partially revoked, probation continued; operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, $1,000, Department of Corrections 30 months, all but six months suspended, stayed until Nov. 1, probation one year.

Glenn W. Chapman, 54, of Belfast, allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine.

Donovan O. Conary, 20, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Andrea Crawford, 52, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Constance Eithier, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; domestic violence assault, Waldo County Jail five months.

Joseph B. Flynn, 35, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; attaching false plates, Waldo County Jail five days, stayed until Nov. 12; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, Waldo County Jail five days, stayed until Nov. 12.

Jarret P. Fortin, 25, of Winslow, violating protection from abuse order, $500 fine.

Carroll F. Gifford Jr., 53, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 72 hours, stayed until Oct. 27, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Richard A. Grant, 40, of Naples, domestic violence assault, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 15 days suspended, probation two years; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail seven days.

Michael L. Gray, 36, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail 10 days, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018.

Scott Holmes, 31, of Freedom, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $700 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Daniel R. Kesmetis, 34, of Augusta, theft by receiving stolen property, Waldo County Jail nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued; violating condition of release; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 10 days.

John A. McCafferty, 27, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, dismissed; reckless conduct, $750 fine.

Scott Mosher Sr., 49, of Waldo, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating ATV under the influence, $750 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until Oct. 13.

Amber M. Nayock, 30, of Troy, violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Kenneth Neild Jr., 25, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, dismissed.

Lisa L. Paige, 51, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, $500 suspended, Waldo County Jail 30 days.

David R. Pattershall, 70, of Stockton Springs, aggravated assault, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, Waldo County Jail nine months, all but 17 days suspended, probation nine months.

Lucas P. Perrigo, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, with domestic violence priors, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening, with domestic violence priors, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; domestic violence assault, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 57 days suspended, probation one year.

Christopher A. Seidl, 21, of Swanville, operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

James P. Sirois, 39, of Gardiner, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections four years, all but one year suspended, stayed until Nov. 2, probation one year and six months.

Benjamin H. Spaulding, 31, of Winslow, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Jeffrey Stump, 38, of Swanville, aggravated assault, dismissed.

Michael Wayne Thompson, 39, of Lincolnville, aggravated operating after revocation, with priors, $1,000 fine, Department of Corrections one year, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018; operating under the influence (alcohol) one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail six months, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018, license suspended three years, registration suspended; theft by unauthorized use of property, Waldo County Jail six months, stayed until Jan. 2, 2018; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed.
