Joshua Sykes, 38, of Searsport, sexual abuse of minor, Department of Corrections 21 months, probation partially revoked.

Bruce Corrigan, 70, of Belfast, dismissed.

Heidi L. Emmerton, 37, of Belfast, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, third offense, Department of Corrections one year, all but 14 days suspended, stayed until Nov. 3, one year probation.

Corey Gerry, 31, of Etna, assault, $300 fine, Waldo County Jail 20 days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 20 days.

Kirk D. Grant, 46, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

Jeffrey Hanson, 49, of Knox, stalking — serious inconvenience/emotional distress, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Nov. 3, one year probation.

Paul Melody, 27, of Cherryfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, Department of Corrections 15 months.

Christopher W. Miller, 31, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Stephen T. Preston, 56, of Winterport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days, failing to make oral or written accident report, unconditional discharge; operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, unconditional discharge.
