The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Nov. 24 and Nov. 30.

Troy Applegate, 42, of Swanville, operating vehicle without license, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; failure to register vehicle, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed; failing to stop for officer, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; driving to endanger, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding, more than 30 mph over the speed limit, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; operating vehicle without license, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail three days, stayed until Jan. 16; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail six days, stayed until Jan. 16; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Richard D. Bowman, 52, of Freedon, failure to comply with Sex Offender Notification Registration Act, first offense, $500 fine.

Oksana B. Brown, 19, of Grafton, Mass., use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Sarah Beverly Jane Chase, 20, of Burnham, burglary, Waldo County Jail four months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Brody R. Sylvia, 18, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding, more than 30 mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Julia Colcord, 18, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding, more than 30 mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Philip J. Dulude, 49, of Belfast, criminal trespass, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Randy Scott Elwell, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Christopher Farrar, 28, of Monroe, gross sexual assault, Department of Corrections six years, all but 18 months suspended, four years probation.

Sasha Hamlin, 25, of Waterville, assault, dismissed.

Fern Marlborough, 40, of Lincolnville, assault, $300 fine; assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $200 fine.

Erica L. Miller, 20, of Beverly, Mass., motor vehicle speeding, more than 30 mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Michael L. Miller, 60, of Winterport, violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail five days; violating protection from abuse order, Waldo County Jail five days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail five days.

Sheryl A. Richards, 69, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Devon H. Richards, 22, of Waldo, domestic violence criminal threatening, Waldo County Jail four months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Nickie Ripley, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $250 fine.

Adrian Smith, 46, of Newburgh, theft by deception, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, restitution $13,818.35, unconditional discharge.

Eric J. Smith, 35, of Vinalhaven, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until Jan. 1.
