Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Dec. 22, 2017, and Jan. 4.

Crystal Barton, 36, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine; operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, $150 fine.

Zane R. Bielenberg, 19, Belfast, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Robert P. Berry, 46, of Unity, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

Jeffrey S. Bridge, 54, of Hermon, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, license suspended 150 days.

Charles Carson, 19, of Waterville, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

Christopher Chute, 19, of Waterville, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

Brian Costa, 53, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

Laudelino S. Cruz, 58, of West Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, license suspended 150 days; endangering the welfare of a child, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Philip J. Dulude, 49, of Belfast, criminal trespass, Waldo County Jail seven days; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail seven days.

Shane Lydon, 54, of Lincolnville, littering, $100 fine; littering, $100 fine.

Daniel Marchand, 52, of Gloucester, Mass., lake and river protection sticker, $100 fine, violation of watercraft rules, $100 fine.

Mason A. Murray, 23, of Belfast, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

Thomsen Tamarack, 26, of Belmont, criminal mischief, $150 fine, $200 restitution.

Dakota Thomas Sanford, 24, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; attaching false plates, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Jujay Santiago, 19, of Waterville, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

Frank G. Sukeforth Jr., 59, of Palermo, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Jeffrey Thomas, 25, of Belfast, criminal trespass, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $250 fine.

Colleen M. Wellman , 43, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 72 hours, stayed until April 20, license suspended 150 days.
