Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Jan. 19 and Jan. 25.

David W. Bearce, 34, of Winterport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

Wayne H. Bickford II, 35, of Montville, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Caron Zachary Dionisio, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Michael A. Grant, 19, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Ryan Grindle, 21, of Verona, failure to register vehicle, $200 fine; violating condition of release, $200 fine.

Austin Hannington, 25, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol), more than three priors, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, with priors, dismissed.

Morgan D. Hewitt, 17, of Levant, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Roger Johnson, 69, of Winterport, burning prohibited material, $300 fine.

Alicia R. Johnston, 23, of Stockton Springs, failure to register vehicle, dismissed; violating conditon of release, dismissed.

Robert Knight, 31, of Morrill, negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine, $291.90 restitution.

Dereck D. Maxcy Sr., 36, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Amber M. Nayock, 30, of Skowhegan, operating methamphetamine laboratory, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, $400 suspended, Department of Corrections two years, all suspended, one year and six months probation.

Cameron Brent Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, with domestic violence priors, Department of Corrections three years, all but six months suspended, stayed until March 1, two years probation; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until March 1, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license, beyond condition/restriction, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until March 1.

Gail M. Sawyer, 71, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed.

Brian Seavey, 32, of Pittsfield, failure to attach deer tag to deer, $100 fine.

Amiee E. Twigg, 37, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $600 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until Feb. 2; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

Adam D. Ward, 36, of Waldo, false registration of deer, $200 fine.

Kyle K. White, 25, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
