The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Feb. 2 and Feb. 8.

Stephen E. Boyle, 46, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Department of Corrections 15 months, stayed until Feb. 19.

Stephen E. Boyle, 46, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Department of Corrections 15 months, stayed until Feb. 19, $3,150 restitution; home repair fraud, Department of Corrections 364 days, stayed until Feb. 19; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Department of Corrections 15 months, stayed until Feb. 19, $1,216.01 restitution; home repair fraud, Department of Corrections 364 days, stayed until Feb. 19.

Albert C. Curtis, 36, of Searsport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, license suspended 150 days.

Daniel Dourant, 58, of Knox, failure to comply with sex offender registration, first offense, Waldo County Jail 20 days, stayed until Feb. 19.

Eric Dupray, 45, of Prospect, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Danielle M. Ellsworth, 38, of Swanville, assault, $300 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

James Johnson Sr., 52, of Belfast, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Charles A. LaCombe, 56, of Thomaston, supervising junior hunter who violates law, $100 fine.

Nacoma P. Noomyenooneam, 20, of Stockton Springs, burglary, Waldo County Jail four months, probation partially revoked, probation continued; operating vehicle without license, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; failure to register vehicle, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; attaching false plates; Waldo County Jail 48 hours; failing to stop for an officer, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed.

Lukas Tripodi, 21, of Hampstead, N.H., driving to endanger.
