The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Feb. 16 and March 1.

Paul S. Andrews, 34, of Jackson, eight counts of gross sexual assault, dismissed; aggravated assault, dismissed; four counts of gross sexual assault, no sentencing information available.

Joseph Balla, 25, of Auburn, robbery, dismissed.

Abrina M. Bishop, 34, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until March 14, license suspended 150 days.

Brandon Wright Bishop, 43, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Matthew J. Brennick, 37, of Northport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

William A. Buckley, 63, of Monroe, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Scotty E. Clark, 34, of Waldo, operating under the influence (alcohol), license suspended 150 days.

David Connors, 58, of Searsport, allowing dog to be at-large, dismissed; allowing dog to be at-large, dismissed; keeping dangerous dog, dismissed.

Joshua Cushman, 24, of Searsmont, furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine.

Crystral A. Curtis, 33, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed.

Devon Danforth, 19, of Swanville, forgery, $200 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $993 restitution.

Leslie A. Davio, 48, of Swanville, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $100 fine.

Deborah Degiovanni, 64, of Belfast, criminal trespass, dismissed; assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unconditional discharge.

Donald Driver, 45, of Chelsea, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license-beyond condition/restriction, Waldo County Jail 60 days.

James R. Durand, 27, of Clinton, criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Christina A. Feener, 23, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

Sarah Fink, 55, of Belfast, arson, dismissed.

James G. Frost, 24, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail seven days; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $600 fine, Waldo County Jail seven days, license suspended one year.

Gage Gagnon, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
