The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of May 25 and May 31.

Matthew Alton Colby, 32, of Belmont, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Susan M. Day, 56, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $800 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Kyle B. Doughty, 23, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

Alicia M. Dunn, 51, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Susan S. Dwyer, 72, of Thorndike, criminal trespass, dismissed; removing vehicle or part without consent, dismissed.

Sara Fairfield, 28, of Dexter, negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine, $612.00 restitution.

Ashleigh Goslee, 30, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Gregory Grass, 57, of Belmont, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections six years, all but three years suspended, stayed until Aug. 1, two years probation.

Daniel Jewett II, 30, of Montville, illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.

Juan Gustavo Melero, 56, of Lancaster, Pa., operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Billy Gene Knights Jr., 35, of Oxford, robbery, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, Waldo County Jail 75 days, stayed until July 2; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail 75 days, stayed until July 2.

Thomas Anthony Langille, 25, of Swanville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine, Waldo County Jail 24 hours, stayed until June 10.

Jack McEwen Jr., 32, of Sedgwick, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, Department of Corrections three years, all but three months suspended, two years probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 10 days.

Morgan R. Mansfield, 25, of Belmont, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.

Alyssa Orestis, 32, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail four days, stayed until June 27, license suspended 150 days.

Christina Mae Perkins, 26, of Swanville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine, Waldo County Jail 24 hours, stayed until June 10.
